He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur M. Ritz and Betty Ritz (Hart). He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Ritz of Pontoon Beach, IL; his children, Leonard Ritz (Amy) of Madison, IL, Benjamin Ritz (Stacie) of Granite City, IL and Ann Ritz (Becca Lanter) of Edwardsville, IL; his sister Darlene Smith (Dewight) of Rowlett, TX; and his grandchildren, Lauren Ritz, Luke Ritz, Madeleine Ritz and Priscilla Ritz. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and many dear friends.
Memorial donations may be given to St. Mary & St. Mark Catholic Church, Vitas Hospice or in the form of Masses. Donations will be accepted at the church.
