She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee W. Cotham and Thelma Cotham (Agnew); and her siblings, Betty Campbell, Ray, Norm and Gene Cotham.
She is survived by: her daughters, Debra Alsdorf (Hurst) of Normal and Tonya (Marshall Armstead); her granddaughters, Lauren Alsdorf, Taylor Rhoades (Nick), Ashlee DeCock (Derek Lochner) and Allie DeCock (Nick Taylor); and her sisters, Vivian Mack of Tuscon and Carol Weaver of Belvidere, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and other extended family.
In lieu of flowers her family asks that donations be made to Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation or to the AlzheimersFoundation.
