Thomas Noonan Obituary

ODELL - Thomas J. Noonan, 71, Odell, died at 9:10 p.m. Sunday (Nov. 23, 2008) at Livingston Manor Nursing Home, Pontiac. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Duffy Funeral Home, Odell, with Father Peter Pilon officiating. Visitation will be from 1 to 3 p.m. Saturday at the funeral home. Mr. Noonan donated his body to the Anatomical Gift Association of Illinois.

There will be burial at St. Paul Catholic Cemetery, Odell, at a later date. Memorials may be made to OSF Hospice, 301 W. Washington St., Pontiac, Ill. 61764. He was born March 22, 1937, in Pontiac, son of Frank J. and Theodosia Murphy Noonan. He married Patricia A. Noonan on April 4, 1959, in Pontiac. She passed away Oct. 4, 2005.

Survivors include two sons, Timothy J. Noonan, Bloomington, and Tony (Patricia) Noonan, Odell; a daughter, Teresa L. Noonan, Augusta, Ga.; brothers, John Noonan, Lynden, Texas, and Jim (Millie) Noonan, Arlington, Texas; sisters, Fran (Dave) Dixon, Odell, and Mary Margaret (Louis) Fox, McLean; three grandchildren, Jack Noonan, Josie Noonan and Megan Noonan.

He was preceded in death by his parents and wife; two brothers, Bill and George Noonan; and three sisters, Ann Ellison, Loretta Walker and Theodosia Sullivan.
