He was predeceased by: his parents, John "Moon" Mullen and Joan M. Mullen (Hatzer); and his wife Joanne Kamp. He is survived by: his daughters, Jessica Siwak (Nick) of Minooka and Rebecca Mullen of Pontiac; his grandchildren, Brixton and Beaux; and his sisters, Kathy Moore (Jack) of Johnson City, TX, Teresa St (Gary) and Donna Dirks of Bloomington, IL. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
