It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra K. Melvin (Pontiac, Illinois), who passed away on January 1, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Francis Leo and Emma Kennedy (Mundschenk); her spouse Dale Melvin; her daughter Ruby Lee (Kurt) of Pontiac, IL.; her stepchildren, Allen Melvin of Madison, Robert Melvin of Cornell, IL, Lora Zytniowski of Cornell, IL and Scott Melvin of Prophetstown, IL; her grandchildren, Melissa Lee, Michael Lee, Matthew Lee, Taylor Clay, Kyeisha Ridgeway, Cheyenne Poindexter and James Poindexter; her great grandchild Ryder; and her daughter Billie Jo Clay. She was also cherished by three step grandchildren and six step great-grandchildren.
