She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Ripsch and Pearl Ripsch (Green); her husband Quentin S. Diemer; and her siblings, Hazel McDugle (Earl), Glenn Ripsch (Gladine), Joe Ripsch (Louise), Dorothy Hadden (Ed), Earl Ripsch (Verna), Doris Tronc (Paul) and Betty Landstrom (Eugene).

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Diemer (Jean) and Tina Diemer; her granddaughters, Ashley Ladd (Ryan) and Sara McMillan (Garrett); and her great grandchildren, Ellory, Marley Ladd and Emmett McMillan.

“My Mom, Dee (Webster) Koehl, sends her deepest condolences to the family. Rita was a loving friend to Mom and she says Rita has finally gone home. She was Mom’s good friend and companion since the 1st grade, causing mischief at every turn. Mom said she couldn’t have a nicer friend. All our family (Garner’s) send our condolences. She and Mom visited the 1st week of October, 2024 and had a lovely visit, reminiscing about their past exploits. She will be deeply missed by our family. Peggy Garner”
