He was predeceased by: his parents, David Durham and Clara Durham (Goff); and his spouse Jean Davison. He is survived by: his sons, Mike Durham (Lori) of Pontiac, IL and Doug Durham (Melinda) of Pontiac, IL. He is also survived by three grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
