She is survived by: her children, Michael Ryan of Seneca, IL and Diane Rehnberg (Nick) of Boulder, CO; her grandchildren, Scott Ryan, Nicole Shelton, Alison Lee and Eric Rehnberg; her great grandchildren, Paige Shelton, Irvin Shelton, Maci Shelton and Caden Lee; and her sister LaVerne Davis of Mt. Morris, IL.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
Memorials in Phyllis's name may be made to St. Mary's Church, St. Mary's School or the American Red Cross of Central Illinois.
