She is survived by: her husband Daniel C. Fultz; her children, Jennifer McGlasson (Ted) of Pontiac, IL and Jackie Phinney (Charles) of Chenoa, IL; her stepchildren, Ben Fultz (Megan) of Florida and Katie Carter of Illinois; her grandchildren, Stevie (Jake Minton), Ryelee, Ryan, Jereme, Zak, Jaidon, Kailani, Clover, Kohen, Payton and Kassin; her great grandchild Leah Minton; and her siblings, Kathy Spiker of Pontiac, IL, Mike Spiker of Pontiac, IL, Andy Spiker of Pontiac, IL and Sue Durham of Pontiac, IL. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
