He was predeceased by: his wife Virginia Frances (Skaggs); his sister Zana; his brother-in-law Ralph Smith; and his parents, Daniel Ora Schrock and Eldora Grace Schrock (Byler).

He is survived by: his children, Alan Maurice (Joanie), Dora Lynn Immke (Don) and Dale James (Lori); his grandchildren, Matthew, Ali, Dani Grace, Aaron Immke (Ashley), Adam Immke (Breanne), Noah Schrock and Ashleigh Smith (Nathan); and his great grandchildren, Vivian, Lucy Immke and Maisie Smith.

Memorials in Maurice's name may be made to Good Samaritan Home Employee Christmas Fund or a charity of the donor's choice.
