She is survived by: her children, Richard Higgins, Jr. (Donna) of Pontiac, IL and Nancy Boitnott of Pontiac, IL; her granddaughters, Jennifer Foster (James) of Madison, WI, Emily Higgins of Milwaukee, WI and Chelsea Boitnott of Pontiac, IL; and her great grandchild Ada Elizabeth Foster of Madison, WI. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
