She was predeceased by: her parents, John Waldschmidt and Delores Waldschmidt (Haughtigan). She is survived by: her husband Donald J. Verdun; her children, Andy J. Verdun (Kaci) of Largo, FL, Angela R. Phillips (Jason) of Bourbonnais, IL and Michael D. (Kalli); her brothers, Ronald Waldschmidt (Sue) of Durand, IL and Edward Waldschmidt (Carol) of Odell, IL; and her grandchildren, Miranda and Owen Phillips. She is also survived by best friends with her four siblings and their spouses.

Memorials may be made to St. Mary's School, St. Mary's Church, or St. Vincent DePaul Food Pantry.
