It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Mark Alan Heil of Pontiac, Illinois, born in Des Plaines, Illinois, who passed away on January 18, 2024, at the age of 53, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Albert Heil; and his pets, Kenny, Madeline, Lucas and Armani.

He is survived by: his mother Dorothy M. Heil (Pawlack) of Pontiac; his close friend Lori Steidinger of Pontiac; his grandchildren, Justin, Tripp, Tilly, Vivian and Cooper; and also, Victoria Webb (Wade) of Ohio, Vincent Hobart (Abby) of Pontiac and Vaughn Hobart (Emily) of Cornell.
