He was predeceased by: his parents, Lee Pulliam and Della Hackney Pulliam; and his grandson Kyle Bach. He is survived by: his wife Marie Pulliam; and his children, Alicia Pulliam of Pontiac, IL, Rocky Pulliam (Sue) of Eureka, IL and Pamela Bach of Pontiac, IL. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; and 9 great grandchildren.
