He was predeceased by: his father Larry Blair. He is survived by: his mother Betty Blair (Pease); his wife Jan Blair; his children, Nichole Blair and Collin Blair; his grandchildren, Mahogoni of Washington and Drake Hawthorne; and his siblings, Paula Wilkison (Ray), Michael Blair (Maria), Julie Strogis (Joe) and Sara Blair. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
