He was predeceased by: his parents, John B. Stout and Helen M. Stout (Hurt). He is survived by: his children, Chase Stout (Sara) of Cornell, IL and Shaunna Roe (Thomas) of Pontiac, IL; his siblings, Jerold Stout of Saunemin, IL and Jacqueline Mays (Gary) of Pontiac, IL; and his grandchildren, Calix Stout and James Roe.

Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor's choice.
