It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joan A. Duncan of Pontiac, Illinois, born in Normal, Illinois, who passed away on June 22, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Riley Boulware and Vida Boulware (Farner); her husband Ted; her son-in-law Russell Palmer; and her siblings, Lorraine Halley, Richard Boulware and Edwin Boulware.
She is survived by: her daughter Patricia Palmer of Lexington, Illinois; her grandchildren, Joan Gramley (Jim) of Gibson City, Chuck Palmer (Melissa) of Lexington and Liz McDonald (Ron) of Chatsworth; her great grandchildren, Kate Provin (Peter) of Gibson City, Courtney Tankersley (Jacob) of Fort Worth, TX, Chris Folk (Nicole) of Chenoa, Jesse McDonald of Gibson City, Roberta McDonald of Lexington and Riley Palmer of Lexington; her great great grandchildren, Sadie Provin, Claire Provin, Karmyn Folk, Kimber Folk, Elias Folk, Isiah Folk and Amayia Folk; and her sister-in-law Barb Gallup of Pontiac. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to American Lung Association or Alzheimer's Research.
