He is survived by: his former wife Charlotte Summers; his children, Steve Salvator (Deb) of Pontiac, Jerry Salvator, Jr. (Melody Wiedman) of Pontiac, Joe Burton (Kristi Wykes) of Pontiac, Brent Burton of Pontiac and Michelle Smith (Frank) of Pontiac; his siblings, Bill Salvator (Esther) of Pontiac, IL, Donna Debelak of Coal City, IL, Richard Salvator (Mary Lou) of Murry, KY, Gary Salvator (Brenda) of Pontiac, IL and Kathy Carlson (Richard) of Pellzer, SC; his grandchildren, Travis Salvator, Kenzie Burton, Kayla Hagemaster (Andrew), Jenna Salvator, Kassidi Burton, Kaitlyn Smith (Jakob Grieff), George Smith, Keara Smith, Bethanie Burton and Kane Burton; and his great grandchildren, Ellie, Emmie, Elsie, Emberely, Liam and Luka.
