Smith (Pontiac, Illinois), born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 6, 2018, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Curt H. Carlquist and Corrine Carlquist (Pearson); her husband Lee; and her son Larry A. Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jeffery M. Smith (Tanya) of Crete, IL and Karen Roberts (Jim) of Pontiac, IL; and her grandchildren, Jake Roberts, Jon Roberts, Amy Nusko (Mark), Carey Smith, Justin Smith (Katie), Christopher Smith (Kristi), Norma Jean Havlik-Smith (Tanya) and Karaleigh Smith.
