Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Janet Viola Lindsay of Pontiac, Illinois, born in Cherokee, Iowa, who passed away at the age of 92, on March 16, 2021. She was predeceased by: her parents, Miles Nafe and Tena Nafe (Deming); her husband Marvin Lindsay; her brothers, Lloyd Nafe and Dale Nafe; and her sister-in-law Bernice Nafe.
She is survived by: her daughter Amy Kay Duffy (Mike) of Pontiac, IL; her grandchildren, Sarah Ragusa (Paul), Casey Lindsay, Alexa Duffy, Naomi Lindsay, Jacob Duffy, Noah Lindsay and Faith Lindsay; and her great grandchildren, Lane, Wade and Sadie Ragusa. She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
Memorials may be made to the Pontiac Public Library, 211 E. Madison, Pontiac, IL 61764. While Janet was a lover of all plants and flowers, in lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
