James Monroe Obituary

We are sad to announce that on August 13, 2016, at the age of 83, James Monroe (Pontiac, Illinois) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Hallie Monroe and Sylvia Felix Monroe; his daughter Karen Wiewel; and his brother Birch Monroe. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Beecher; his sons, Kenneth Monroe of Pontiac and Kerry Monroe (Stephanie) of Broken Arrow, OK; his son-in-law Mark Wiewel of Quincy; his grandchildren, Caroline Wiewel, Anthony Wiewel, Amber Monroe, Stephanie Wiewel, Kyle Monroe, Matt Wiewel, Tyler Goggans, Mark Patrick Wiewel and Madison Monroe; and his brother Randy Leach (Joyce).
