He was predeceased by: his parents, James Holzhauer and Hazel Holzhauer (Smith); and his brother Larry Blair. He is survived by: his children, Anthony Holzhauer, Amber Elliott, Megan Logue, Rob Runyon and Barry Shoemaker; his grandchildren, Olivia Holzhauer, Hunter Elliott, Kirstin West, Kylee West, Alec Logue, Lucas Logue, Lily Logue, Gaige Runyon, Alanna Shoemaker, Olivia Shoemaker and Trent Johnson; his siblings, Betty Blair, Linda Sears, Jimmy Doug Holzhauer, Paula Schneider, Christine Sanders, Caroline Holzhauer, Carl Holzhauer and Mike Blair; and his pet Allen.
