He was predeceased by: his parents, James and Irma Causgrove, Sr. (Whalen); and his wife Judith Pollard. He is survived by: his children, James Causgrove III of Pontiac, IL, William Causgrove (Laura) of Horn Lake, MS and Cynthia Spencer (Tim) of Minonk, IL; and his siblings, Sharon Bernhardt of Tinley Park, IL, John Causgrove of Chicago, IL and Patrick Causgrove (Mary) of Chicago, IL.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
The family requests that memorials be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Pontiac, IL or the Children's Miracle Network.
