He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Dawson and Nancy Dawson (Gorder); and his siblings, Roy, Harry Dawson, Jean Judd and Betty Cox.
He is survived by: his wife Norma Lommatzsch Martin; his son Alan Martin (Susan) of Cornelius, NC; his grandsons, Todd Martin (Colleen), Kevin Martin and Scott Martin (Dawn); and his great grandchildren, Raymond, Savannah, Sydney and Miranda Martin. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Livingston County War Museum.
