Johnson (Rick, Sr.) of Pontiac, IL and Mike Phillips (Correna) of Pontiac, IL; his grandchildren, Austin Phillips (Haley Pickett), Ricky Johnson, Jr. and Leann Johnson; and his siblings, James Phillips of Colorado Springs, CO, Leon Phillips (Mary) of Geneva, OH and Mary E. Ramsey (Clint) of Sandi Park, NM..
