He is survived by: his parents, Gary Donavan Perry and Lisa Reynolds Domrzalski; his son Gary James Perry, III of Chatsworth, Illinois; his stepson Sergio Gonzalez of Pontiac, Illinois; his daughter Crysta Raven Perry of Christopher, Illinois; his fiancé Cari Anne Johnson of Pontiac, Illinois; his brother Chad Perry (Jessica) of Ridgely, Tennessee; his stepfather Eugene Domrzalski of Obion, Tennessee; and his sisters, Laura Perry of Rice Lake, Destiny Perry of Tupelo and Heather Perry of Tupelo, Mississippi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
