She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Livesay and Mary Livesay; her husband Ernest S. Weber; and her brother Edward Livesay. She is survived by: her sons, Roger Weber (Jane) of Cornell, Illinois and Larry Weber (Marla) of Cornell, Illinois; and her grandchildren, Jerry Weber (Jane), Roger D. Weber, Amy Clark, Brett Weber (Jennifer) and Cory Weber. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren; and 3 great-great grandchildren.
Memorials may be made in Frances's name to Evenglow Lodge, Pontiac, Illinois or Livingston County Humane Society.
