We are sad to announce that on March 3, 2024, at the age of 93, Elsie M. Utterback of Pontiac, Illinois, born in Paris, Illinois passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Wilkins and Olive Lou Wilkins (McCulloch); her husband William Dean Utterback; her daughter Laura Utterback; her grandson Philip Holzhauer; her siblings, George Wilkins and Mary Lou Sutter; and her sons-in-law, Gary Barnard and Randy Skaggs.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Cangiolosi (Mike) of Wilkesboro, NC, Joyce Barnard of Pontiac, IL, Jenifer Skaggs of Chenoa, IL and Jeffrey Utterback of Pontiac; her grandchildren, Jason Holzhauer (Jackie), Matthew Cangiolosi (Melissa), Eric Cangiolosi and Alyson Utterback; her great grandchildren, James Cangiolosi, Audrey Cangiolosi, Lorelai Barlow, Aiden Cangiolosi and Adelynn Cangiolosi; and her sister Martha Jane Fancher of Pontiac.
