She was predeceased by: her parents, George Moore and Hertha Moore (Nielsen); her spouse Forrest David Chapman; and her siblings, Neil Moore, Ray Moore, Anna Dobbs, Gene Moore and Terry Moore.
She is survived by: her sons, Forrest D. Chapman III of Pontiac and Tom Chapman (Amanda) of Woodford County; her grandchildren, Forrest, Chance, Tommy, Gavin, Kaitlyn and Elizabeth; and her great grandchildren, Forrest, Conrad and Nevaeh.
