He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Wolf; his brother David Wolf; and his brother-in-law Patrick Sanford. He is survived by: his mother Bessie Wolf (Sullivan); his siblings, Gloria Sanford of Streator, IL, Gary Wolf of Cornell, IL, Colleen Wolf of Estero, FL and Sheri Wolf of Pontiac, IL; his sister-in-law Cindy Wolf of Odell, IL; his stepchildren, George Krasnican (Amanda) and Jenny Muntz (Darren); and his nephews, Jason and Lee. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and step-grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Thursday, April 17th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Duffy-Baier-Snedecor Funeral Home (903 W Custer Ave, Pontiac, IL 61764). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 18th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.

Memorials in Duane's memory may be made to St. Paul Catholic School.
