Reis of Pontiac, Illinois, born in Carlinville, Illinois, who passed away on March 15, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Pete Giovanini and Theresa Giovanini (Perona); her husband John T. Reis; her brother Raymond B. Giovanini; and her nephew John L. Giovanini.

She is survived by: her children, Raymond J. Reis of Champaign, Charles E. Reis of Nashville, TN, Rosemary T. Armendariz (Leroy) of Roscoe and Margaret A. Loffler (William III) of Easley, SC; her grandchildren, Rachel A. Webb (Raney), Allyson M. Reis, Nicholas Armendariz and Joshua Armendariz; and her daughters, Emily Armendariz and Hannah Loffler. She is also survived by her nephews and nieces; and her eight living godchildren.

In lieu of flowers or memorials, Dorothy's wish would be remembrance by acts of kindness to others along your way.
