She was predeceased by: her parents, Gaither D. Hurt and Flossie J. Hurt (Ferguson); her husband Steven A. Gaydos; her son William F. Brace; her siblings, Robert Hurt, Gaither Hurt, Jr., Mary C. Hurt and Helen Stout; her niece Jackie Mays; and her nephew Joseph Stout.

She is survived by: her children, Robert E. Brace of Pontiac and Gwendolyn J. Nash (Randy) of Metamora; her siblings, Harold Hurt (Linda) of Chenoa, Donald Hurt (Linda) of Colfax and Carol Carter of Pontiac; and her grandsons, Tyler Nash of Peoria and Adam Nash (Abbey Decker) of Peosta, IA..

Family suggests memorials be made to St. Paul Lutheran Church in Pontiac.
