He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Norgaard and Agatha Norgaard (Eich); his wife Norma J. Norgaard; his sisters, Lorraine Norgaard and Betty Norgaard; and his granddaughter Teresa Jo Norgaard.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Norgaard (Mary Jo) of Pontiac, Illinois and Sonia Oppenhuis (Grant) of Lansing, Illinois.; his grandchildren, Jeff Norgaard (Sheina) of Highland, Tracy Simmons (Ken) of Griffith, Paul Oppenhuis of Manhattan and Kayla Oppenhuis of Lansing, Illinois; his great grandchildren, Gracelynn, Dalton, Hannah, Lucia Norgaard and Addison Oppenhuis; and his sister Doris Carter of Pontiac, Illinois. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Delmar's name may be made to a charity of the donor's choice.
