He is survived by: his wife Carol Joy "Jo Jo" Melrose; his children, Kimberly Casano (Steve) of Whitewater, CO and Keith Antolik of Nashville, TN; his siblings, Anita Fechter of Port St, Russell Antolik (Nancee) of Streator, IL, Diane Aukland of Streator, IL and Mary Beth Lundy (Larry) of Streator, IL; and his grandchildren, Mitchell Antolik, Mia Antolik and Andrew Casano. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
