He was predeceased by: his parents, Leo Shoop and Marie Shoop (Jones); his parents-in-law, Clifford and Zazel Pickett; his sister Sharon Peterson; his siblings-in-law, Roger Peterson, Jim Smith, Terry Pickett and Betty Smith; and his niece Rhonda Salvator.
He is survived by: his wife Patricia Pickett; his children, Michael Shoop (Angela Sullivan) of Lexington and Ill (Lisa Munch); his grandchildren, Mikey Shoop, Gage and Kayla Munch; his brother Stan Shoop of Oakland; and his brothers-in-law, Kenneth Pickett (Ellen) of Bloomington, Ill and Paul Pickett (Barb) of Winter Haven, Fla.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Due to COVID-19, the visitation will be held in accordance with current guidelines.
