He is survived by: his children, Ben Fultz (Megan) of Bremerton, IL and Katie Carder of Boody, IL; his stepchildren, Jennifer McGlasson (Ted) of Pontiac, IL and Jackie Phinney of Pontiac, IL; his grandchildren, Stevie (Jake), Ryelee, Ryan, Jereme, Zak, Jaidon, Kailani, Clover, Kohen and Peyton; his great grandchild Leah; and his sisters, Lori Lawson (Bill) of Lincoln, IL and Kelly Dunst (Bob) of Gilbert, AZ. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
