He is survived by: his parents, Michael Smith (Pam) and Linda Smith (David Johns); his sisters, Amanda Eberhardt (Keith), Ashley Smith and Goshen; and his grandparents, Carol Johns and Lester Burkey (Marilyn). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
