We bid farewell to Carl Utegg of Pontiac, Illinois, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 8, 2025 at the age of 90. Carl touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, Leroy Utegg and Mabel Dyke Utegg; his wife Coralee; his son Tracy Utegg; his grandsons, Derek Smock and Lucas Rex; and his siblings, Frank, Raymon, Floyd Utegg and Ethel Utegg.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Eugene Utegg (Christine) of Grand Ridge, IL, Russell Clarence Utegg of Bloomington, Coralee Wenzel (Martin), Janet Bevevino (Paul), Leroy Utegg, Fredrick Utegg and Melia Schultz; his grandchildren, Alyson Utegg, Melissa Utegg, Megan Utegg, Sierra Utegg, Allison Miller, Brandon Salerno and Cayla Hoffman; and his sister-in-law Patricia Shelton (Fred) of Dwight, IL.. He is also survived by four great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service was held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Patty Cemetery.
