She is survived by: her children, Renee Collignon of Bloomington and Gary Gernentz (Ann) of Normal; her grandchildren, Amanda Melvin, Melissa Melvin, Ashley Adams (John), Angela Jones (Daniel) and Jillian Gernentz; her brother Donald Seibert of Mountain View, MO; and her nephew Donald Seibert of Mountain View, MO.. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
