It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Bohm Smith of Pontiac, Illinois, who passed away on March 20, 2021, at the age of 43, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Brian "Smitty" Smith; her grandparents, Roy, Barbara Melvin and Irvin Bohm Sr.; and her nephews, Davon and Dakota Bohm.
She is survived by: her parents, Irvin and Maria Bohm Jr. (Melvin) of Cornell, IL; her children, Kade Smith of Gardner, IL, Paige Smith of South Dakota and Jeri Dunning of Pontiac, IL; her grandson Kwinn Smith; her grandmother Judy Bohm of Cornell, IL; her siblings, Raymond Bohm (Erin) of Flanagan, IL, Irvin Bohm (Gina), Roy Bohm of Oregon, Robert Bohm (Ashley) of Cornell, Tim Bohm of Pontiac, IL and Colby Muskgrave (Richard) of Missouri; and her boyfriend Dal Lautenschlager of Pontiac, IL. She is also survived by many loving aunts and uncles along with nieces and nephews, cousins and many many loving friends.
