He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wesley Wiles and Diane Farrar. He is survived by: his parents, Ricky Martinez and Kristina Rodriguez (JJ Rodriguez); his sister Jersey Martinez; his grandparents, Dawn, David Hanson, Linda and Brian Terrel; and also, Megan Eaton, Caedyn Eaton and Nevaeh Harrington. He is also survived by one great grandma; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Livingston County Humane Society, where Ashton adopted his black cat, Soos.
