He was predeceased by: his parents, Bryant W. Samuel and Lois Samuel (McIlvanie); and his wife Flora Jean. He is survived by: his friends, Mike and Trish Bolen.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, October 17th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Fairmount Cemetery (1533 IL-26, Polo, IL 61064).
