It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William E. Smith of Polo, Illinois, who passed away on February 1, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Smith and Ruth Smith; his wife Marjorie Kness; and his siblings, Ruth Ehlers, Julia Meyers and Don Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters, DeAnn Irvin of Polo and Leslie Neuschwanger (Chuck) of Polo; his brother Tom Smith of Plano, IL; his grandchildren, Kari Sanders, DJ Sanders (Julie), Katelyn Grobe (Dylan Stewart), Cody Neuschwanger and Tanner Neuschwanger; and his great grandchildren, Cayden, Kaleb, Brady, Evynn, Charlie, Corbin and Rowan. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
