He is survived by: his parents, Robert Heath and Shirley Eubanks Heath; his daughters, Sabrina Heath (Garett Melton) and Madelyn Heath; his siblings, Randy Heath (Leslie), Rick Heath (Laura) and Kathy Baker (Dale); his nephews, Christopher Heath, Mick Heath (Stephanie) and Joe Baker (Ramona); and his niece Cindy Aurdini (Josh). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins, aunts and uncles.
