She was predeceased by: her parents, Jacob Jecklin and Arlene Jecklin (Giffrow); and her nephew Scott DeWall. She is survived by: her husband Gary Shipman; her children, Kris Bardell (Steve) of Polo, IL, Jeff Shipman (Sandy) of Polo, IL and Tim Shipman (Diane) of Dixon, IL; her siblings, Elaine Guyer (Hale) of Byron, IL and Jim Jecklin (Cathy) of Dixon, IL; and her grandchildren, Tori Ogunfowokan (Mayowa), Tate Statler (Montana Muntean), Jordyn Hughes (Mitchell), Bailey Shipman (Natalie Lorentz), Sidney Roe (Cory), Josh Shipman (Kenzie), Allison Neubauer (Michael), Riley Bardell, Keaton Hudson, Carson Bardell and Logan Hudson. She is also survived by 11 Great-Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Crossroads Community Church (205 N Jefferson Ave, Polo, IL 61064). A memorial service will be held on Monday, March 3rd 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in her name.
