He was predeceased by: his parents, Percy Greenawalt and Evelyn Greenawalt (Pontnak); and his brother Donald. He is survived by: his wife Joyce Hoffman; his daughters, Dawn Knapp (Doug) of Polo and Kim Devine of Mississippi; his sisters, Barb Greenawalt of Sterling and Norma Reeter of Sterling; his grandchildren, Erin Knapp (Anthony Chounard), Dustin Knapp (Courtney), Adam Devine (Michelle), Alyssa Devine (Dillion St Clair) and Abbie Devine; and his great grandchildren, Amya and Brayden Devine.
In lieu of flowers, memorial has been established in his name.
