He was predeceased by: his parents, John Meiners and Blanche Meiners (Ports); and his wife Wanda Bailey. He is survived by: his sons, Steven Meiners (Nancy) of Bloomington, IL and John Meiners (Kathy) of Davis, IL; his grandchildren, Zachary (Kaitlyn), Bradley, Robert (Rachel), Kayla, Kristina and Angela Meiners; and his great grandchild Everett.
