Marjorie K. Vaupel Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Marjorie K. Vaupel of Polo, Illinois, born in Chicago, Illinois, who passed away on November 16, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Max Smart and Lola Smart (Shaffer); her husband Dwayne Vaupel; her daughters, Jane Thompson of Lubbock, TX and Amy Simmons (Frank) of Polo; her grandchildren, Tim Thompson, Sarah Owens, Max Simmons and Mya Simmons; and her brother John Smart. She was also cherished by 10 Great Grandchildren and a Great-Great Granddaughter.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Polo Senior Center and Second Hand Rose.
