She was predeceased by: her parents, Alvin Rodermel and Wynona Rodermel (Becker); and her husband Robert C. Bowers. She is survived by: her children, Rita Shipman of Dixon, IL, Roxi Allen (Toy) of Dixon, IL and Robert Bowers (Margaret) of Forreston, IL; and her sister Barbara Martz (Harlan) of Lanark, IL. She is also survived by 7 Grandchildren, 13 Great Grandchildren and 8 Great-Great Grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Polo Family Funeral Home (110 E Dixon St, Polo, IL 61064). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, February 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairmount Cemetery (1533 IL-26, Polo, IL 61064).
In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established to Brookville United Methodist Church or Dixon Health Care Center.
