She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Wagner and Bessie Wagner (Hoffman); her sister Betty Palmer; her husband Delmar Lee Pontnak; her sons, Terry and Matt Edward Pontnak; and her stepgrandson Kirk Daniel Eichholz.
She is survived by: her son Rick Pontnak (Diane) of Las Vegas; her stepgrandson Dr. Ken Elchholz (Toni) of Freeport; and also, Ben and Katie Eichholz.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to St. Marks Lutheran Church in Polo or Provena St. Joseph Center in Freeport.
